Covid Cancellation Policy:
In the best interest of my retreaters I have added a unique policy to this 2021 retreat. If the retreater has to cancel due to Covid up to 10 days prior to departure they will receive a full refund or credit voucher for future trip within 2 years.
Covid-19 related cases that apply to this cancellation policy include proven health restrictions related to the COVID19 emergency, officially declared by the United States or Italian State preventing free movement between the States due to the closure of access routes to Italy (lock down, red zones and quarantine included) and in case of positive test to Covid-19 of the participant. A medical proof of positive is needed.
This policy does not supersede our normal cancellation policy that must be adhered to for any non-Covid related cancellation.
The trip cost includes a mandatory individual trip insurance policy for each person to cover non-covid related risks. In the case of a refund, the retreater will be refunded by check minus the cost of the policy.
Amy reserves the right to cancel the trip due to Covid related risks. In this case, retreaters will be refunded.
